Join us for a Wine & Design evening exploring Al Dente: The Design of Pasta as we commemorate the 1945th anniversary of the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 CE. While the eruption was catastrophic for the towns of Pompeii and Herculaneum, its long-term impact has deepened our understanding of ancient history and created a fertile landscape that has given rise to some of Italy’s most delectable culinary achievements.
