In-Person at MODA
Members-Only
About This Event
As a valued MODA member, you’re invited to a special exhibition preview prior to the public opening of THREADS of CHANGE on Saturday, February 8, at 2 PM.
During this exclusive hour, you’ll have the chance to explore the exhibition before it opens to the public and enjoy a behind-the-scenes look with MODA curators. Learn more about the incredible textile works, from Sandra Sawatzky's Black Gold Tapestry to the Crochet Coral Reef and Adrian Baker's Net-Work, and how they blend art, science, and craft to inspire action on climate and nature.
Afterward, stay to celebrate with us during the opening celebration from 3–5 PM.
🍾 Sip a sparkling beverage or glass of wine.
🍬 Nibble on a sweet treat.
🎤 At 4 PM, enjoy a spoken word performance by Ryan J., blending poetry with themes of nature and humanity.
This is your opportunity to connect more deeply with the exhibition, chat with our team, and enjoy the full THREADS of CHANGE experience.
We look forward to welcoming you! Keep an eye on your email for your special invitation and further details.
Registration: $20
