THREADS of CHANGE Exhibition Opening

  • MODA 1315 Peachtree Street Northwest Atlanta, GA, 30309 United States (map)

In-Person at MODA

About This Event

Join us to celebrate the opening of THREADS of CHANGE at MODA.

This inspirational exhibition explores the power of textile art to reveal the interconnected relationships between humanity, nature, and the climate.

Through breathtaking works like Sandra Sawatzky's Black Gold Tapestry, the Crochet Coral Reef, and Adrian Baker’s Net-Work, the exhibition uses materials like wool, silk, and recycled fibers to transform hard data into tactile, expressive stories about our shared future.

At this opening celebration, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • 🍾 Sip a sparkling beverage or glass of wine.

  • 🍬 Nibble on a sweet treat.

  • 🎤 At 4 PM, enjoy a spoken word performance by Ryan J., blending poetry with themes of nature and humanity.

This is your opportunity to connect more deeply with the exhibition, chat with the curators, and enjoy the full THREADS of CHANGE experience.

We look forward to welcoming you! Keep an eye on your email for your special invitation and further details. Subscribe to our mailing list.
