About This Event

Museums are not only keepers of history—they are platforms for change. But what does the museum of the future look like? How can museums evolve to be more inclusive, liberatory, and responsive to the world around them?
Join MODA, M21D, and leading voices in culture and design for a dynamic conversation on how museums can drive progress. This discussion will explore:
How audience expectations of museums and design have evolved over time.
The role of museums in fostering equity, activism, and representation.
What—and who—should be included in future collections.
How the next generation of curators will shape the cultural landscape
Panelists include:
Fahamu Pecou, Artist & Executive Director of the African Diaspora Art Museum of Atlanta
William Myers, Founder and Executive Director of M21D
Laura Flusche, Executive Director of MODA
