Atlanta’s Midtown Arts District is home to museums, theaters, and Heart of the Arts: an incredible initiative designed by Midtown Alliance to strengthen the relationships between the city and its creative community. Between compelling public art installations and annual studio residencies, Midtown Alliance brings so much culture to this dynamic section of the ATL.
So what if you could go behind the scenes to meet the artists making our city a more beautiful place?
On October 4th, we’re partnering with Midtown Alliance and Dewberry Foundation to offer an exclusive bus tour that will introduce participants to current artists in residence and provide them with insider knowledge into the public art within the district.
Meet us at Peachtree Pointe to hop on a bus tour through Midtown, where we will spend time visiting studios and chatting with artists about their practices. We’ll also hear from alumni about their time with Heart of the Arts and how this experience continues to inform their new bodies of work. The tour will conclude by 9:00, but registrants are welcome to stay and join us for a light reception with the artists and other special guests.

MODA reserves the right to cancel a program if the minimum enrollment requirements are not met, but don't worry: should MODA have to cancel, we will gladly issue a full refund to all registrants. If you need to cancel your plans for any reason, we kindly request that you notify us at least 7 days prior to the event start. By doing so, we can process a refund for the ticket cost (minus a small $10 processing fee per class). Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before an event.
