  • Museum of Design Atlanta 1315 Peachtree Street Northeast Atlanta, GA, 30309 United States (map)

In-Person

The realm of video games can be vast and mysterious, and sometimes things aren’t always what they seem! As game worlds have become more expansive and complex, strange findings and urban legends have emerged, haunting players' imaginations and sparking debates and theories that will last for years to come! Join us on Saturday, October 28th for a guided tour of our current exhibition, Level Up: Pixels, Play & Progress as we discuss some of the most infamous and wild urban legends and myths about some of your favorite video games!

We will start with an overview of the exhibition, and then discuss some notable urban legends, weird easter eggs, and strange myths that have plagued a few well known video games, followed by a chance for you to play the featured games within our exhibition!
