About the Event

Join MODA for a Spaghetti and Spritz Supper Club with Chef Pat Pascarella, co-founder of the Porchetta Group and owner of the Michelin-recommended restaurant White Bull.

Over the course of the evening, Chef Pat will lead you through the process of making pasta dough and crafting spaghetti, all while you sip a spritz. Then, he'll cook and sauce the spaghetti for you to enjoy!

You’ll spend the evening chatting and chilling with Chef Pat. You will get a hands-on lesson in traditional pasta-making methods, enjoy a delectable dinner, and learn from one of Atlanta's leading chefs! You'll also have the opportunity to satisfy your curiosity about cooking Italian food as you chat with Chef Pat about his recent win on Chopped: Battle Italiano and his Atlanta restaurant empire.

When you leave, you'll take home a ball of pasta dough so you can continue honing your skills!

  • Born to an Italian immigrant family, Executive Chef Pat Pascarella has a love for authentic Neapolitan cuisine that runs as deeply as his roots. He grew up savoring the traditional Italian cooking of his mother and grandmother, and it wasn't long before he found himself training under James Beard Award-winning chefs and helming his kitchens throughout Connecticut, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia.

    Chef Pat recently competed in — and won — Chopped’s Battle Italiano: Veneto!

  • MODA reserves the right to cancel a program if the minimum enrollment requirements are not met, but don't worry: should MODA have to cancel, we will gladly issue a full refund to all registrants.

    If you need to cancel your plans for any reason, we kindly request that you notify us at least 7 days prior to the event start. By doing so, we can process a refund for the ticket cost (minus a small processing fee).

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before an event.‌
