About This Camp

Where do you go to have fun in the city?

In this week of LEGO Adventures, campers will explore how play is built into our urban environments. From local parks and splash pads to skateparks, playgrounds, and imaginative public spaces, campers will design the places that bring joy to a community.

They’ll consider how access to play supports physical health, creativity, community connection, and imagine new kinds of play spaces that everyone can enjoy.

Campers will learn to:

  • Learn how designers plan parks, playgrounds, and interactive spaces for kids and families

  • Build their own versions of playscapes using LEGO bricks

  • Explore how color, shape, and motion affect how we play and interact

  • Collaborate on shared builds like amusement zones, obstacle courses, or rooftop rec areas

At the end of the week, parents and caregivers are invited for a showcase of the campers’ creations!

What to Bring:

Campers should bring a water bottle, snacks, and lunch

Tuition: $450 | $350 for MODA Members at the Family & Friends Level or above
