Want to dazzle your dinner guests with pasta that’s (almost) too pretty to eat?

Join local designer Sarah Lawrence for an introduction to pasta making, and learn how to use natural food dyes (think butterfly pea flower, turmeric, and red cabbage) to add color to your noodles, transforming them into edible artworks!

With Sarah’s guidance, you’ll receive a crash course on . . .

  • How pasta making works (including how it's easier and more forgiving than you think)!

  • Natural food dyes and their effects on pasta dough

  • How to lay out different designs

  • Fixing your designs by feeding them through the rollers

  • And cutting your designs into fun pasta shapes like fettuccine or tagliatelle!

You’ll leave with the confidence to keep cooking; the know-how to make colorful noodles from scratch; and your very own handcrafted pasta. Buon appetito!

Admission to this event is limited.

The cost to attend this event is $65 for MODA Members and $75 for Future Members.

Please note that registration for this event is extremely limited and will close one week prior to event start.
